Battle Of The Beltways Is Ours Two-Fold

Congratulations, Redskins fans.

You sat through that exciting game today vs. the Baltimore Ravens and, though your fingernails are assuredly much shorter than they were at halftime, your team pulled out the overtime victory.

But that wasn’t the only win today for Redskins fans, who pummeled the Ravens in today’s “Battle of the Beltways” social media showdown.

You’ve been hashtagging #HTTR like crazy since late last week, and we stomped on the Ravens by a final tally of 73 percent to their 27 percent.

Very well done, Redskins fans.

The 2012 Social Showdown: #BeatPhilly

While the Redskins are battling the Eagles on Sunday, you can help the Burgundy and Gold win off the field as well.  Rep your Redskins and show the Eagles that the Redskins are the “trendy” team in the new year.

Here’s how:

1. Get “#BeatPhilly” trending this week in the lead up to the game.  Follow @Redskins and use the hastage for a chance to win a “Beat Philly” T-shirt prize pack, a team-signed autographed football, and other cool prizes.
