Niles Paul Hates Roller Coasters

He has no reservations about going across the middle against the NFL’s beastiest of linebackers and safeties, but there’s something about a roller coaster that makes Redskins’ tight end Niles Paul cringe.

Paul was one of several Redskins players who joined the team’s 80th Anniversary Thank You Tour Saturday afternoon at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Va.

Tour Video: Va. Beach, Busch Gardens

The energy was never-ending Saturday as the Washington Redskins 80th Anniversary Thank You Tour continued its two-month-long trek with two stops at Virginia Beach, Va., and at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg va.

We got a behind-the-scenes look at the nine current and former Redskins — as well as the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders — who took part in the event.

Cool Day For Erik Cook’s No. 1 Fan

But Saturday’s Washington Redskins 80th Anniversary Thank You Tour stop in Virginia Beach allowed 15-year-old Tessa Altman to do just that.

Tour: Virginia Beach And Busch Gardens

The Washington Redskins got Virginia Beach and Busch Gardens rockin’ Saturday in the team’s 80th Anniversary Thank You Tour.

Nine current and former Redskins and the Washington Redskins cheerleaders made the stops and spoke on the stages, which were set up overlooking the beautiful beach area and at the Virginia amusement park.

Tour: Virginia Beach, Here We Come

The Washington Redskins 80th Anniversary Season Thank You Tour is officially on the road again, on the way to its first destination of the day.

And today, the wheels on the bus go round and round until we get to Virginia Beach, Va. After that, we’ll head to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Va.
