Kerrigan Named Top Defender Of BTN Era

The Big Ten Network has only been around for five years now, but in that short time, a couple of members of the Washington Redskins have left a lasting impact as college players in that conference.
Outside linebacker Ryan Kerrigan — a defensive end at Purdue from 2007 to 2010 — and quarterback Kirk Cousins — who starred at Michigan State from 2008 to 20011 — were recently named to various lists celebrating the best players of the Big Ten Network era.
