While DeSean Jackson can certainly burn opponents with his speed, as seen time and time again last year, the veteran wide receiver can also muscle away defenders, too, if needed.
And his training schedule includes quite a lot of strength training as well as cardio, as seen in the photo above of Jackson getting ready to do some reps on the bench.
