The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Twitter account continued their “On This Date” series with an archived photo from 1937.

It shows Washington Redskins quarterback Sammy Baugh (No. 33) leading the team to a 28-21 victory over the Chicago Bears in the NFL Championship game.

The win was the Redskins’ first league championship and happened to also be their first year located in Washington, D.C.
