Washington Redskins linebacker Trent Murphy finally had the opportunity to see his little brother play a high school football in person.

Earlier this week, Murphy said he’d never saw him play during his college years, as he was always tied up on Saturdays during the fall.

But, with the team flying out two days early, the Stanford product was able to swing by his old stomping grounds last night. He posted this photo on his Instagram last night of the family after his little brother’s game:

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Ariz., Murphy is back this weekend, as the Redskins face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6 play.

The first-year player said there will be a lot of his supporters in the stands tomorrow at University of Phoenix Stadium.

“The whole family lives in Arizona,” he said. “So I’ll have quite a few family members there — probably around the 30 range.”
