Healthy eating can be more than just a plain microwavable chicken breast with no other tastes or seasonings involved.
Just ask Melissa Mazzur and her family.
Mazzur, her husband Frank, their daughter and a friend were at Redskins Park in Ashburn, Va., Sunday where they received an exclusive cooking lesson – through the Women of Washington Redskins’ Touchdown Tailgate sweepstakes — from team executive chef Jon Matheison.
The group joined Matheison in the Redskins Park kitchen, where he had a four-part dish planned and took them through each step carefully, so that they fully soaked up the perfect way to make each dish.
