Redskins’ Opponent’s Quarterback Situation Remains Fluid

The stage is set, the voice in the television booth will be awfully familiar to the head coach, the audience is going to be abundant and Redskins Nation will show unparalleled loyalty just as it always does.

The only question that remains heading into the Washington Redskins’ preseason Week 2 matchup with the Cleveland Browns at FedExField is who the first- and second-team defense will face at the quarterback position and how long they’ll square off.

Apparently, there’s been a lot of discussion about the Browns’ quarterback situation lately.

With the game just five days away, here’s where everything stands on the other side and what Redskins fans can expect.

Alfred Morris Visits Richmond Hope Therapy Center

The Washington Redskins and Bon Secours set the new standard for excellence on-the-field when the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center opened for Training Camp in Richmond, Va in July 2013.

While this powerful partnership was anchored by football, another critical pillar of the partnership was positively impacting the Community.

Tuesday, Aug. 13, was yet another shining example of that resounding commitment, when Pro Bowl running back and Bon Secours Community Ambassador Alfred Morris spent the afternoon with children at the Richmond Hope Therapy Center.

The Richmond Hope Therapy Center provides highly effective intensive therapy for children with cerebral palsy, neurological disorders and brain injuries.  It is the first specialized clinic of its kind in the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide such extensive care.  Program participants receive aggressive treatment focusing on improving strength and functionality, and, many make significant gains during this period of time that are life changing.

Morris – who had literally just finished his final training camp practice at the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center in Richmond, Va – spent several hours at the Center, putting aside his football duties, to touch the lives of several special children.
