Quarterback Robert Griffin III’s wardrobe has always been a point of attention, as he wears an arm sleeve whenever he’s playing football and is also known for his massive sock collection.

But, as training camp opened up on Thursday, it was his cleats that had the media and Redskins Nation talking.

You see, the third-year quarterback sported an all-white one on the left foot and an all-black one on the right.

Why?

As he explains in the first minute of the video above, he’s been doing this sort of thing since his Baylor days and figured he might as well continue the tradition.

“That’s something I’ve done since college,” Griffin III explained. “I call it the yin and the yang, white and black working together. We’re all brothers. We’re doing it together.”

I wonder what it will be like when RG3 is interviewed about something that isn’t superficial?

he might want to try to fit in with the rest of the team. He still believes he is the bigger portion of the pie!
