Posted by Stephen Czarda on July 24, 2014 – 9:27 pm

Wet conditions didn’t dampen the spirits of the Women of Washington Redskins (WOW).

WOW members joined alumni Ravin Caldwell and Dion Foxx at the Science Museum of Virginia Thursday night for a reception celebrating the start of the 2014 training camp.

Members were able to enjoy some of the exhibits exclusive to the museum, learned healthy food and smoothie recipes from the former Redskins and educators and a lucky few won autographed memorabilia from linebacker Ryan Kerrigan, running back Alfred Morris and wide receiver Pierre Garcon in a raffle to close out the kickoff event.

Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall is a three-time Pro Bowler that possesses the athleticism to make incredible plays like the one here vs. Denver last season.

But, while he’s made a career of being one of the league’s best ball hawks, Hall understands that the work put in during training camp is what leads to a successful season.

Hall spoke with the media at the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center on Wednesday to discuss cornerback David Amerson stepping into a bigger role, safety Ryan Clark’s presence, what head coach Jay Gruden wants from him and more.
