Each day, Washington Redskins players interact with fans on social media, giving them a sneak peak at their passions and happenings off the field.

For those of you who aren’t on Twitter or Instagram, or simply want to skim without having to go through your feeds to find the players, here’s a quick recap of what some of the guys have been up to in the past 24 hours:

Quarterback Robert Griffin III kicks off today’s edition of the spotlight with flexed bicep for Throwback Thursday:

Speaking of Throwback Thursday (#TBT), a social media institution now, here’s wide receiver DeSean Jackson in 1996:

Cornerback Chase Minnifield was an early riser this morning as he wanted to get a round of golf in:

Offensive lineman Adam Gettis with wrestling legend Mick Foley (for those of you who don’t know, Gettis is a huge wrestling fan and can often be found live tweeting wrestling events):

We’re glad he ended his day on a high note after going to the dentist a few hours earlier:

Linebacker Jeremy Kimbrough had two interceptions during 11-on-11 drills. Here’s one of them:

Finally, we leave you with Ryan Clark posting a selfie at a team bowling event. Peep defensive lineman Doug Worthington photo bombing him in the background:
