Even throughout a losing season, certain moments made you stand up and shout. Special plays etch themselves into our memories, where they lie dormant until a trigger brings them to the surface. Redskins TV has produced a series looking back at the top plays of 2013. Which will you remember?

Part one features:

-DeAngelo Hall’s stellar fumble return on a botched backwards pass against Philadelphia.

-Tight end Jordan Reed’s first career touchdown against Green Bay.

-Ryan Kerrigan tormenting Aaron Rodgers.

-David Amerson making his first career interception count at Oakland.

-A pair of plays Roy Helu Jr. used to ruin the Raiders.

-Alfred Morris leaving the Cowboys in his wake.

Haslett: Work Atmosphere Is ‘Awesome’

The buzz began to build at Redskins Park since Jay Gruden’s first day as head coach  back in January.

In a little more than a month, Gruden has finalized his staff and breathed life into a building bogged down by a 3-13 season.

In an appearance with Larry Michael on “Redskins Nation,” Defensive Coordinator Jim Haslett said the last two months of the 2013 season were probably the worst he’s had in three and half decades playing and coaching pro football, but the atmosphere has already shifted under the new regime.
