Ryan Kerrigan is the only 260-pound guy I know who looks friendly with a gargantuan mallet in hand.
Kerrigan visited his alma mater in West Lafayette, Ind., Wednesday to welcome Purdue’s 2014 recruiting class to campus on National Signing Day. As part of the 2007 recruiting class, Kerrigan was rated a three-star prospect by Scout.com coming out of Muncie Central High School.
With Kerrigan in the house, the Boilermakers men’s basketball team beat Minnesota by three points in a triple-overtime thriller.
