Monday was moving day at Redskins Park.
Players underwent mandatory physicals before talking to the media and emptying their lockers for the offseason.
Redskins.com obtained an exclusive interview in the locker room with running back Alfred Morris, who finished the season with 1,275 yards rushing, the fourth-best total in the league.
Morris talked about achieving individual success during a 3-13 season.
Defensive end Chris Baker also reached personal goals while the team lost eight straight games. Baker tallied his first three starts in the Redskins’ final three games and amassed 28 tackles and his first career sack in 2013.
He called the season “a failure.”
Before heading home to Indiana, linebacker Ryan Kerrigan talked about the solid group of character players remaining on Washington’s roster. Kerrigan matched a career high with 8.5 sacks.
