One is a rough, snarling Texas born star that makes grown men hide under shadows. The other has perfectly manicured hair and can’t grow a mustache to save his life but evolves into a pass-rush freak the moment he puts on a burgundy and gold uniform.

With only one game remaining against a susceptible New York Giants offensive line, Brian Orakpo (10.0) and Ryan Kerrigan (8.5) can become the first pair of Redskins to record 10-plus sacks together in a season since Orakpo and Andre Carter each got 11 in 2009.

While it’d be a pretty big accomplishment and would further extend the hype of Kerrakpo, Redskins.com’s feature poll this week asks you who YOU think will finish the season with more quarterback takedowns.

If you’re torn over who to select, check out select highlight videos of both below:

Against this same New York offense, Orakpo destroyed the line en route to two sacks. It was the second time this season that he recorded a pair of quarterback takedowns.

The first? Against the Oakland Raiders:

While Kerrigan also slammed down Matt Flynn twice where a base usually occupies the ground during the spring, it was his back-to-back sack game vs. Green Bay that set the tone of his season:

Orakpo holds a 1.5 sack lead, but his status for Sunday is still uncertain. On Thursday, head coach Mike Shanahan said that No. 98 did not practice.

Just keep that in mind.
