The only thing left in the way of Alfred Morris and Brad Blevins’ path to fantasy football fulfillment is the world’s most intimidating 13-year old coach.

In Episode 8 of Tough Season, an original video series from Lenovo and the Onion, Blevins and Morris are in the championship game. It’s sure as shrimp going to one to remember.

Will Brad be crowned smarter and better than his friends and coworkers?  Will he dance the watermelon surprise? Will Alfred Morris get all the pizza toppings he desires?

Redskins, Falcons Swapped Pro Bowlers

Posted by Stephen Czarda on December 12, 2013 – 1:27 pm

It was time to shake things up a little bit.

The Washington Redskins and Atlanta Falcons have a lot of history with and against one another.

Paths have intertwined in postseason play, the Falcons sunk their teeth into the bottom portion of the Team of the South’s monopolization over states like Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama with their establishment in 1966 and the always amazing seat cushion game that will live in Redskins and RFK Stadium lore is the best moment of all by a landslide.

Seriously nothing has even been or will be as cool as seeing the masses chucking their giveaways after it became obvious the Redskins were on their way to another playoff victory.

It doesn’t rank nearly at the same level as the rare weather phenomenon of raining cushions—unless maybe you’re the football version of Ken Burns or family—but the trade of Charlie Brown, a two-time Pro Bowler but struggling to stay healthy, for R. C. Thielemann, a three-time Hawaiian Island attendee, in 1985 did carry Super significance.

Cousins’ ATL Experience Starts With TD

Very rarely does a second-year quarterback, who is the backup mind you, get to the opportunity to play a good chunk of the snaps against a team outside the division in back-to-back seasons.

Then again, most teams don’t have a backup like Kirk Cousins, NFL.com’s No. 1 rated backup.

His unusual situation will pick back up on Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

Yesterday it was announced that Cousins would start the final three games of the season, the first of which will take place in the spacious Georgia Dome.

For his nascent NFL career, the former Michigan State star has completed 61.6 percent of his passes for 573 yards and one touchdown.

The first touchdown stupefied Atlanta’s defensive backfield, as his 77-yard connection with Mr. Consistency (Santana Moss) was a beautiful concoction of precision, power and electricity that sent pulse waves through a sellout crowd at FedExField.

Time to remember the moment:
