Leg days separate the workout warriors from the preeners. If you’re doing five days of bicep curls in your neon tank tops, you’re doing it wrong.

Linebacker Ryan Kerrigan is putting in less glamorous work to maintain his legs. He’s started every game of his NFL career.

Miguel Maysonet’s pre-draft process had an added wrinkle.

While the running back was aiming to boost his stock out of Stony Brook, ESPN New York reporter Rich Cimini followed him around with a notepad.

On Tuesday, the Redskins added Maysonet to the practice squad to fill in for Jawan Jamison, who was promoted to the active roster after the team placed Evan Royster on the reserve/injured list.

Before Maysonet came to D.C., Cimini chronicled his path from small school stud to undrafted free agent in five-part series. Read more »
