In 31 career games against the San Diego Chargers as a head coach, Mike Shanahan is 20-11 with his last game in charge of the Denver Broncos coming against 10-time AFC West champs.

You know what that means for Sunday’s crucial matchup? Absolutely nothing.

It’s a Chargers team far from what he faced in the mid-2000’s and of course he’s not in blue and orange anymore. After another full day of practice, film study and team meetings, Shanahan addressed the media and gave updates on practice participation, skinny field goal posts for Kai Forbath, thoughts on Santana Moss and more.
