As it stands through the first two weeks of the season, Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III currently ranks seventh in passing yards (649), tied for fifth in passing touchdowns (five) and has yet to throw an interception in the second half.
Having said all of this, a chunk of his fortunes has come at times where he’s had to go entirely pass heavy to chip away at large leads—eliminating his No. 1 sidekick’s best ability to churning first downs with his legs in the process.
Griffin III, whose focus and dedication is simply unmatchable, admitted after the Packers game frustration for the shortcomings, but refuses to throw in any white towels. He also knows that the team will “figure it out” and persevere.
After today’s practice, No. 10 addressed the media and gave them an update on how this week’s preparations are going:
