The Washington Redskins season has gotten off to a rough start, as they have fallen behind early in each game and haven’t been able to complete comeback attempts before the final whistle blows.

As Robert Griffin III admitted yesterday during his postgame interview, there isn’t exactly a pinpointable reason behind the early game struggles, but they will work at getting things back on track because “it isn’t who we are as a team”.

The offense couldn’t keep the defensive off the field against the quick-strike Packers, converting on only three third down attempts and losing the time of possession battle by nearly five minutes (the final number doesn’t symbolize the Packers offense’s stand on the field as they also ran 12 more plays than the Redskins).

The players reacted on Twitter last night after the loss to vent their frustrations, but refuse to throw in the towel after only two games.

Safety Jordan Pugh:

Tight end Niles Paul:

Linebacker Darryl Tapp:

Quarterback Kirk Cousins:

Nothing could or would change my love for the Skins. They are Americas team.
This was the only time l wasn’t angry that I couldn’t get the game because I live in NM. The boy’s will get it together and even if this isn’t their best season I will never be anything but a skins fan for life! The bumper sticker and t-shirt remain.

the problem with the team which every one forgets is they cap cuts givin to redskins by the nfl way to heavy, to much lost money for any nfl team to be competive in there section in free agency draft.
