Coach’s Turn: Mike Shanahan At The Mic

Well Redskins fans, for those of you who haven’t heard the news yet the team had to cancel this afternoon’s practice session due to torrential downpours and lightning.

Bummer, right?

But player and fan safety comes first in times like these. With waterlogged fields and an electrical sky, the team didn’t want to put anyone in harm’s way.

Inside however, Mike Shanahan addressed the media for the first time since leaving Nashville after the team’s 22-21 victory over the Titans on Thursday night.
