With beach season fully underway, I’m sure most of you have considered techniques (possibly from the Internet) on getting fit and toned.

As a safe warning, please don’t tell Ryan Kerrigan you forgot to buy bananas at the grocery store again.
Offensive lineman Tom Compton was selected by the Washington Redskins with the 193rd overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft after a very successful career at the University of South Dakota. It was there where he started 43 games, was a two-time All-Great West Conference selection and may have taken a nutrition class highlighting healthy eating.

Glad to see you’re getting a fair share of protein in your diet, Tom. But, as pointed out by No. 91 himself, your diet isn’t exactly the most balanced.
Is it possible, though, that the culprit behind Compton’s lack of fruit stems from a “dispute” between the offensive lineman and quarterback Kirk Cousins?
In this tweet from the former Michigan State star back in early May, the 2012 NFL Draft colleagues apparently don’t agree with each other’s favorite fruit selection.
Just remember guys, two cups a day.
