Posted by Stephen Czarda on June 11, 2013 – 3:39 pm

The rise of Twitter’s reach over the past few years have given fans and media alike the opportunity to get to know athletes outside of the sports realm and a peak at what they enjoy to do with their downtime.

Along with Twitter, the recently established Vine has given users the ability to snap six second videos and another extension into the lives of professional athletes.

For anyone that follows Redskins rookie running back Jawan Jamison (@JawanJamison if you don’t) they have gotten exclusive access to his journey from elusive Rutgers star to being just another weapon in the Burgundy and Gold’s backfield.

First, there was Pierre Garcon’s touchdown run against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving that made Dallas’ secondary look like they had too much turkey before the game, next was Santana Moss clipping the wings of two Eagles by hauling in the pigskin over both of them en route to the end zone, and then there was Robert Griffin III taking their final NFC East foe to the highlight reel with this elusive fourth quarter play.
