If you decide to keep reading this week’s spotlight then you will soon find out why, and how, Kai Forbath says he wants to, and will, improve on last year’s historic performance, plus discover Adam Carriker’s “cool” childhood toy, Robert Griffin III’s gift to Adam Gettis and more!
We all witnessed two tragedies last week in the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the Boston Marathon and the deadly blast at a fertilizer plant in Waco, Texas, but that didn’t stop quarterback Robert Griffin III from pointing out the positives in, shall we say, a negative situation. (@RGIII)

With technologies rapid development, it’s fair to say that we can all relate.
The 2013 regular season schedule was released last week and the Redskins will be featured in five prime-time games, the maximum amount that any team is allowed to have. Well Redskins Nation, what do you think about the schedule?
You can read more about how kicker Kai Forbath is looking to repeat his 2012 success and improve on a Hall of Fame start to his career here. But @KaiForbath tweeted this picture of last year’s game balls to show Redskins fans everywhere that he wants many more of these next year to help fill his locker!
Griffin III seems to be taking care of his lineman this offseason because according to guard Adam Gettis’ Twitter account the quarterback treated him to some new swag.
Maybe nose tackle Chris Baker could take some lessons in swag after all…#swaggy #TakeCareOfYourLinemen Be sure to follow Gettis on Twitter (@NotOnDuty__) so you can read the full conversation.
