RG3 To ‘Keep Pushing Forward’ Year Two

Posted by Stephen Czarda on April 18, 2013 – 2:09 pm

Robert Griffin III, Kyle Shanahan

In a nine month span, quarterback Robert Griffin III went from highly touted draft prospect to record-smashing, AP Offensive Rookie of the Year and the most talked about player to wear a Burgundy and Gold jersey ever.

The fact that Griffin III dazzled the Nation’s Capital and ripped defenses apart with only a few months of offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan’s playbook under his belt is no small feat.

No. 10 accumulated over 4,000 yards and 27 touchdowns in his year, just imagine what could be in store for him in year two under Shanahan.

Griffin III sat down with Larry Michael on the set of Redskins Nation for the third installment of “10 days with No. 10” to give his thoughts on for preparing for his second year in the NFL.

Check back with the Redskins website for continuous updates on Griffin III as well as the rest of the 2012 NFC East champions as they find out the 2013 schedule tonight at 8pm.

Hail to the Redskins!

We’re all looking very forward to another successful and exciting year. After such an amazing run after the bye last year, the fact that the management was able to retain nearly all of the guys who really worked their hearts out is astounding and shows that our management team is so much better then before they arrived. Well done gents!
