Hometown Honors RG3 With Street Name

As early as July 2012, before Robert Griffin III, had ever taken a NFL snap, Copperas Cove Texas, discussed naming a new section of roadway after its hometown hero…the Baylor University Alum, and Heisman Trophy winner.

Now eight months later, the idea has come true. Washington Redskins rookie quarterback, was honored on Friday with the unveiling of, Robert Griffin III Boulevard. Read more »

Smith Brings Winning Tradition To D.C.

On Wednesday, the Washington Redskins hired former Chargers general manager A.J. Smith as a senior executive.

Smith is a NFL “lifer” with almost 30 years of experience in team headquarters, from New England to San Diego.  A quick glimpse at his extensive resume will show you that he has had success at every stop throughout his career.
