Im a full blooded native american and a proud Washington Redskin Fan! I spent 80% of my life on the reservation and respect my elders and spritual beliefs that have been passed down. I dont understand why this issue with mascot names wont go away! we have other important issues on mother earth i wish we could all focus on! LETS TEAM UP and focus our efforts on world hunger! Health Care! etc.

The local school out in Chowchilla, CA considered getting rid of their name Redskins, and the local tribal council (Yokut-Tachi tribe) protested for them to keep it. They were proud to have the school using the name.
