Redskins-Cowboys Have SNF History

I’ve got some good news and some bad news.

For those of you looking for positive vibes, the Washington Redskins on Sunday will be playing their second-ever Sunday Night Football game on Dec. 30. The last time the Redskins suited up on that date in primetime was in 2001, when they scored 40 unanswered points to blow out the host New Orleans Saints, 40-10, at the Superdome.

The bad news? Washington doesn’t have the most sterling of records vs. Sunday’s opponent, the Dallas Cowboys, in Sunday Night Football games.
