NFL Films: Redskins-Ravens Preview

The Redskins on Sunday are looking to extend their season-high winning streak to four games. Their first three wins game against NFC East opponents (Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants).
Washington enters the game at 6-6 following their 17-16 victory over the New York on Monday Night Football. The Redskins trailed 13-10 at halftime but used a fourth-quarter touchdown pass from quarterback Robert Griffin III to wide receiver Pierre Garçon to take the lead for good.
Griffin III completed 13-of-21 passes for 163 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing five times for 72 yards. Running back Alfred Morris had a career-best 124 yards rushing on 22 carries, while Garçon had eight catches for 106 yards and a touchdown.
The defense was led by middle linebacker London Fletcher’s 12 tackles, while outside linebacker Rob Jackson had a critical fourth-quarter sack of Giants quarterback Eli Manning.
The Ravens enter Sunday’s game at 9-3 after their 23-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday. The Ravens led 13-6 at halftime before being outscored 17-7 the rest of the way. Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco completed 16-of-34 passes for 188 yards and one touchdown and an interception apiece. Running back Ray Rice added 12 rushes for 78 yards and a 34-yard touchdown.
The Ravens’ defense was led by cornerback Corey Graham, who had a team-best 11 tackles and an interception.
The Redskins-Ravens game will be televised by CBS.
On radio, the game will be broadcast locally on ESPN 980 and the Redskins Radio Network. Larry Michael calls the play-by-play with former Redskins and Hall of Famers Sonny Jurgensen and Sam Huff adding color commentary. Former Redskin Rick ‘Doc’ Walker reports from the sidelines.
