Kerrigan Greets Fans At FedEx Office

Posted by Andrew Walker on November 13, 2012 – 2:50 pm

Washington Redskins outside linebacker Ryan Kerrigan experienced a first today: signing a family Christmas letter.

Kerrigan got into the holiday spirit today at the FedEx Office location in Vienna, Va., where he was greeted by a steady line of fans taking part in the FedEx Office Blitz for Tickets program.

Five lucky fans will be picked to win a pair of tickets to Sunday’s Redskins-Eagles game at FedExField through the Blitz for Tickets program, which has been ongoing throughout the 2012 regular season at many NFL cities.

The sweepstakes drawing for Tuesday’s FedEx Office Blitz for Tickets program will take place Wednesday morning and winners will be notified via phone or e-mail.

Special thanks to the folks at FedEx Office — a one-stop shop for small businesses that serve as an “office on the road” for traveling business professionals and remote workers — for their hospitality today:

Leonard Hankerson Appearance Today!

One of Kerrigan’s teammates on the other side of the ball will also be making an appearance in the Washington, D.C., area today.

Meet wide receiver Leonard Hankerson from 6 to 7 p.m. tonight at the AT&T Store, 22000 Dulles Retail Plaza (at the Wegmans shopping center on Route 28 & Waxpool Road) in Dulles, Va.

Hankerson, who is in his second year in the league, had an injury-shortened rookie season with the Redskins in 2011 before becoming one of the team’s biggest pass-receiving threats this season.

This season, the Miami product has 26 catches for 342 yards and one touchdown — a 68-yard reception against the St. Louis Rams in Week 2:
