It’s that time of the week again to see how you Redskins Blog readers are doing with your psychic skills.

We asked you to vote which Redskins player you thought would shine last Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field.

The Redskins lost 27-12, but nonetheless it led to another postgame poll: picking your Most Valuable Redskin of the game.

But first, here’s the results of the first poll of the day:

It’s no surprise Redskins fans went with Morris, who was coming off his first-ever NFL Rookie of the Week award. Morris didn’t have a terrible game against the Steelers, running 13 times for 59 yards (4.53 yards-per-carry average), but the Redskins put a halt on the running game in the second half as they tried to mount a comeback.

Kerrigan, meanwhile, also had a solid game, notching four tackles and a sack of Steelers wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who was looking to run a passing play when Kerrigan got to him. It was sack No. 4.5 this season for Kerrigan.

Moss had four catches for 21 yards and a touchdown, his fifth touchdown reception of the season. He had four all of last year.

Paulsen had four catches for 43 yards, including a career-best 31-yard reception in his first start of the season, while Bowen added a couple of tackles.

After the game, Redskins fans took to Twitter to choose their MVR(edskin) of the game, and the results might surprise you:

Forbath made both of his field goals — which isn’t easy at Heinz Field — with a long of 48 yards, while Griffin III completeted 16-of-34 passes for 177 yards and a touchdown.

The other nominees were Kerrigan (stats above) and wide receiver Joshua Morgan, who had five catches for 46 yards.

Thanks again for your participation in the polls — and, of course, you’ll have the same opportunity this weekend as the Redskins take on the Carolina Panthers Sunday afternoon at FedExField.

I hope they get some reb in this week with our man Chris Cooley. Griffin III did a good job hitting the receivers but our reciever could not catch the ball when it was right in thier hands. They ought to be a shame of thier selves. Moss our main man dropped three of them. Otherwize we would had a game out of it with the Steelers. I have said enough. oh GO SKINS and I will be at the game Sunday.
