Washington Redskins alumni and all-time great kicker Mark Moseley, the only kicker in NFL history to be named the league’s Most Valuable Player, will be at Costco in Arlington, Va., Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. signing bottles of Reserve, the Redskins’ 80th-anniversary commemorative wine.
