Who Wants A Free Sub For Lunch?

Posted by Andrew Walker on September 24, 2012 – 10:32 am

It’s that time of the day where your stomach is growling and you’re constantly looking at the clock.

I know from experience — it’s happening to me right now.

So, because the Redskins offense scored more than 20 points in yesterday’s home opener against the Cincinnati Bengals, you can have a free six-inch sub from Subway, courtesy of the restaurant and the Washington Redskins.

To participate (you need to use it at participating Subway restaurants in the greater Washington, D.C., area), click on the photo above and print out the coupon, which gets you a free six-inch sub with the purchase of a 30 oz. drink and a bag of chips.

The offer is only good the day after home games in which the Redskins score 20 or more points — so escape from the office early and grab some lunch on us.

I just walked into the Subway at the Ronald Reagan Buidling (Federal Triangle) and was told they don’t honor the coupons. I guess finding “participating” subways is like watching the Skins score 31 points at home and still lose the game. I’m going to Quiznos instead.

I went to the subway located at:

    4817 Lee Highway
    Arlington, VA 22207

and was told that I had to order a foot-long sandwich and would only pay for a 6-inch. Thanks, but that’s not what the coupon says…

    Don’t go to that location.

Went down to my local Subway location near Marymount, which happens to be the same one Dennis went to, but I didn’t get the same results. I got my sandwich! Thanks again Subway and Redskins!

I went to my local Subway in California, MD thanks to the Redskins and RG3 my meal was absolutely free. However, my co-worker went later in the day but he had to pay for his chips and drink. That’s because he is a Cowboys fan using a Redskins coupon LOL! Great Deal Redskins HTTR HTRG3!!!!
