Rob Jackson’s Touchdown Over And Over

It’s certainly one of the best all-around defensive plays by the Washington Redskins in this young 2012 season, so why not watch it on repeat?
Four minutes into yesterday’s game against Cincinnati, the Bengals had the ball in the shadow of their own goal post when their quarterback, Andy Dalton, dropped back to pass.
That was when Redskins outside linebacker Ryan Kerrigan pushed past his defender and crushed Dalton from behind as he threw to his left, causing a wounded-duck pass intended for his running back, BenJarvus Green-Ellis.
Kerrigan’s fellow outside linebacker, Rob Jackson – who was starting in the place of Brian Orakpo, who suffered a season-ending injury last Sunday against the St. Louis Rams – scooped up that errant Dalton pass in the end zone before it fell to the ground for the easy touchdown.
The play put some life back into the FedExField crowd that had been quieted to that point by a Bengals touchdown on their very first play of the game. It was also Jackson’s first-career interception and touchdown.
