Redskins Top 1 Million Facebook Fans

Well, Redskins fans — we did it.

Shortly after 7 p.m. tonight, the Washington Redskins Facebook page reached the 1-million fan mark.

This is a goal for which we’ve been striving for a while now, and we obviously couldn’t have done it without you.

So, to show our appreciation, here’s a video of some of your favorite Redskins players showing their gratitude:

The celebration isn’t over quite yet. We’re also giving away a 2012 team-autographed helmet to a random fan who likes and shares the 1-million celebration post on our Facebook page — so get to it!

Once again, thank you so much for your support and for proving that Redskins fans are truly the No. 1 fans in all of sports.

    Congrats to the Redskins! Here is to your current million and hoping you get another million as soon as possible. Love your new quarterback I hope he will be healthy for this upcoming season. Sarah :)
