Friday’s Redskins Practice Video
Posted by on September 7, 2012 – 12:33 pmThe Washington Redskins took practice back indoors Friday as they made their final preparations for their season opener Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.
The Redskins have enjoyed utilizing their indoor training facility this week to pump up loud crowd noises out of its speakers as the team tries to get used to the noise level expected Sunday at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Right after the video-shooting portion of practice ended, the crowd noise was turned on.
Yes, I can confirm reports that it was loud in there.
Anyway, here’s the video from Friday’s practice:

The first thing that I saw was B. Banks half way stretching, as well, thats how you pull muscles during the season. Take every opportunity serious, tomorrows not guaranteed.
