If you’ve been anywhere near a TV for the past few months, then it’s probably been hard to avoid Redskins rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III.
And you can add two new types of commercials to his growing list, both of which involve Griffin III wearing his old Baylor football uniform.
Griffin III is the cover boy on EA Sports’ “NCAA Football 13,” and he’s also participating in ESPN and Nissan’s “Heisman House” commercials, which is a fictional yet hilarious look at previous Heisman Trophy winners as if they lived together in a mansion.

Sure, eight days separate the Washington Redskins from their 2012 season opener against the New Orleans Saints.
But for most guys on the team, Saturdays are still all about college football.
Though the squad is practicing later this afternoon, many players have spent the last couple days proudly cheering on their alma maters are they kick off their own football seasons.

Phillip Daniels spent 15 seasons in the NFL as a defensive lineman, the last seven of which were with the Washington Redskins.
He’s now moved on from his playing career and is in his first season as the Redskins’ director of player development (I’d like to bet that he’s the buffest director of player development in the entire NFL).
Though Daniels’ playing career is over, his son, DaVaris, is trying to pick up where his father left off.
DaVaris Daniels is a sophomore wide receiver at Notre Dame, which is playing its season opener today against Navy in Ireland. DaVaris’s father, meanwhile, hasn’t been holding back his emotions throughout the morning with tweets like this:
