Hoping These Rankings Change Soon
Posted by on August 17, 2012 – 11:34 amOver the offseason, the Washington Redskins added a skilled, athletic rookie quarterback and gave a shot in the arm to their receiving corps with the addition of Pierre Garçon and Josh Morgan.
They also return one of the best defensive front sevens in the NFL and brought in a sparkplug in Raheem Morris to improve the team’s defensive secondary.
Those additions — as well as a few more newbies meshing with the returners on offense and defense — give Redskins fans something to be optimistic about in 2012.
But, as of right now, NFL.com just isn’t as impressed.

‘Hey Hey Hey!…’ That’s Chris Baker!
Posted by on August 17, 2012 – 10:38 amPlease, Chris Baker, keep ‘em coming.
Though it’s always great to see childhood photos of the Washington Redskins players, I’d say there’s very few guys on the team who have a picture of them posing in “Fat Albert” pajamas.
But that’s exactly what Baker, the Redskins defensive lineman, posted last night.

Don’t Be Confused By Two Kickoff Times
Posted by on August 17, 2012 – 9:00 amSome schedules say 8 p.m., others say 7 p.m., but don’t freak out if you see two kickoff times listed for Saturday’s preseason game between the Washington Redskins and the host Chicago Bears.
That’s because, of course, Chicago is currently in the Central Time Zone, meaning the Windy City is an hour behind.
