(Some) Resting ‘Skins Catch Soccer Match
Posted by on July 31, 2012 – 1:07 pmDuring training camp it’s probably difficult for the Redskins players to find a free minute or two to do anything but eat, sleep and drink football.
So when the opportunity arises, the guys on the team are going to take full advantage.
Take today, for example.
After the team went through its morning walk-through practice in the Indoor Training Facility, kicker Graham Gano, cornerback Brandyn Thompson and offensive lineman Erik Cook had a chance to relax for a while.
They were taking in the U.S. women’s soccer team’s game against North Korea, according to a tweet from Gano:
@BThompson_BT and @ErikMCook watching @ussoccer_wnt during our break before practice. Go USA!! #olympics http://t.co/Lq8hNm67—

Looks like Cook was still in “eat, sleep and drink football” mode.
The guys will return for their open practice, which begins around 3 p.m. at Redskins Park.
