Training Camp Video: QBs and WRs

One player who certainly stood out on offense during today’s training camp practice was wide receiver Brandon Banks.
While practicing against the defense, Banks made several catches — many of which were in heavy traffic — and showed his elite speed and quickness.

Training Camp Video: Linebackers

Today’s practice was the first of the year in which the Redskins wore their shoulder pads, which is a good thing for the team’s linebackers.

Running Back Situation Up In The Air

In 1995, the decision to feature just one running back the entire season was pretty much made up for then-Denver Broncos head coach Mike Shanahan.
That’s because a 23-year-old sixth-round draft pick named Terrell Davis quickly showed the Broncos — and the rest of the National Football League — that he had the skills to be the best rusher in the NFL.

Big Crowds Expected For Today’s Practice

If you’re planning on coming to Redskins Park today to take in the team’s third practice of Training Camp: 2012, you might want to get a head start.
Large crowds are expected at the facility to take in today’s practice, which begins at 2:55 p.m. The parking lot opens at noon.

Another good day of work in the books. I know it’s become the cliché thing to talk about, but Mother Nature was much kinder to us today. The weather was great and we were able to have another productive day on the field.
