Do The Redskins Have A New Fan?

Sure, it’s always funny to take photos of those sleeping nearby, but in doing so, Minnesota Timberwolves star Kevin Love might’ve uncovered a budding Washington Redskins fan.

Love tweeted the photo above early this morning, meant more as a joke to his Team USA men’s basketball teammates.

But if you look in the back of the photo, New Orleans Hornets’ rookie forward/center Anthony Davis is snoozing away in a burgundy and gold Redskins cap.

Davis — who starred at Kentucky last season as a freshman before entering the NBA Draft — grew up in Chicago, but there’s been no real proof out there that he’s a Bears fan.

I’d like to think that fellow Team USA member Kevin Durant — a huge Redskins fan — has convinced the youngster Davis to jump on the Washington bandwagon.

Or maybe the guy just likes the hat.

Hopefully we’ll all know here soon.
