Training Camp: Special Delivery

There’s a buzz around Redskins Park about the potential of record crowds taking in Redskins’ training camp this year.
So it comes as no surprise what the special delivery of the day was Wednesday at the park.
Yep, the photo gave it away: portable toilets.
It sounds stupid, but trust me — these things are critical to a successful training camp.
Let’s say 30,000 people attend Redskins’ training camp this year. That’s a lot of people each day standing around for hours on end — some of whom have lengthy car rides to the Ashburn, Va. facility — who will be consuming the snacks and drinks available for sale on-site.
That way, people won’t be flushed, leading to dehydration.
By the way, I snapped this shot as I was heading out to grab a quick lunch earlier this afternoon.
Needless to say, my appetite went down the toilet.
Anybody? Any laughs? Nothing? OK.
Try the steak. Tip your waitress.

I think this a POSITIVE sign for a great training camp–It shows the great amount of people that are expecting a great season for the REDSKINS!
