Video: Adam Carriker Is Strong

Okay, so we’ve probably said this several times during his time with the Redskins.

But let’s say it again:

Adam Carriker is strong.

We now have video evidence (thanks to Carriker’s Twitter account, @AdamCarriker94) of how strong the 6-foot-6, 315 defensive lineman is.

The video — which you can see by clicking here — shows a gargantuan man we can only assume is Carriker bench pressing a ton of weight five times.

Carriker tweeted it was 500 pounds — chains included.

Wow. I remember when I thought I was big stuff making the “500 Pound Club” at my high school — which is combined bench press and squat — but this makes me feel like a girly man (via JesseAndRachel):

    What’s up Adam hope you and my skins have a great season. I’m from Virginia but been living in the Tri-Cities for 21 years working out at Hanford. Well guess I will buy one of your jerseys you’re a local boy and all!
