Cousins To Toss Ceremonial First Pitch

Cousins is set to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the West Michigan Whitecaps vs. Lansing Lugnuts game at Fifth Third Ballpark at 7 p.m. Saturday in Comstock Park, Mich.

Future Bright For Kerrakpo, Williams

The Washington Redskins appear to have both of those locked down in outside linebackers Brian Orakpo and Ryan Kerrigan and left tackle Trent Williams.

On July 8, 1975, a giant appeared at a Redskins-arranged news conference at Duke Zeibert’s restaurant in D.C.
Redskins coach George Allen had tapped his personnel director, Tim Temerario, to find a run-stopping defensive lineman who could also block kicks.
