The Washington Redskins’ 80th Anniversary Thank You Tour continues on Friday and Saturday with four very exciting trips in Virginia.
And, as usual, several current and former Redskins players — as well as team personnel — are expected to make all four trips to interact with the fans.
The Thank You Tour continues Friday when players and alumni visit the Naval Station in Norfolk and the VHSL Group AAA Spring Jubilee in Chantilly.
The tour is expected to be in Norfolk from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and another group will be in Chantilly from 3 to 6 p.m.
Saturday’s Thank You Tour stops begin at Kings Dominion in Doswell from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. before heading to the Richmond Beer, Bourbon and BBQ Festival from 2 to 4 p.m.
Redskins players are expected to attend at least one of the stops: Lorenzo Alexander, Brandon Banks, Kevin Barnes, DeJon Gomes, DeAngelo Hall, Chris Neild, Evan Royster and Brandyn Thompson (schedules permitting). Washington Redskins Ambassadors will also be present to sign autographs and take photos with fans.
