This past weekend’s NBC4 “Health and Wellness Expo” was an opportunity for people in the greater metropolitan area to come out and celebrate the fairly self-explanatory topic of health and wellness.
One of the more entertaining events of the weekend was the Zumba presentation “Zumbratomic,” coordinated by the Redskins, Sport&Health and The National Kidney Foundation (NKF). Redskins players Lorenzo Alexander and Reed Doughty were at the expo as spokesmen for the NKF, and joined Redskins cheerleaders, emcee Rick ‘Doc’ Walker, and area Girl Scouts for some Zumba.

And it might be time for this blogger to get back in shape.
