By now, many of you are familiar with Redskins nose tackle Chris Neild, and the nickname “Truck” that he acquired in the fifth grade.
Perhaps not surprisingly, trucks were a favorite toy of Neild’s growing up. Each Christmas he would thunder downstairs to find a new Hess truck under the tree. His sister even called him “Hess” from time to time, a nickname that was overheard by the fine folks at Hess Express, makers of the iconic toys.

As for the last truck and car? He might give it away, but he might keep it, for old time’s sake.
“I mean, he sent me two and they’re wrapped up, so I might give that one away too,” he said. “But I still have it for now. I dunno if I’m gonna play with it, though.”
Just wait until the offseason, Chris.
