Cooley ‘Gets Lost’ In Loudoun County
Posted by on October 7, 2011 – 12:00 pmThe Loudoun County Visitor’s Center has a cool Web series going called “Get Lost in Loudoun County.”
It sounds harmless enough, but it reminds me of trying to find my way to Redskins Park on my first day as an intern. Good times.
The segment features people, places and events that are of interest in Loudoun County, and what better person to talk to than All-Pro tight end Chris Cooley? Cooley took the visitor’s center staff inside his world of pottery, and coached the novice potters up on technique.
I’ve never really thought of pottery-making as a competition, but this comes complete with cheering and smack talk. Now I really want a meatloaf holder:
