A Pint Of Blood = Redskins Tickets

Once again, the Redskins have teamed up with the American Red Cross to collect blood donations in the DMV area, in exchange for Redskins-Cardinals tickets this Sunday.

There are two opportunities to donate, so there’s really no excuse not to give.

Especially when you’re so generously compensated.

Promotion fine-print:

One donation gets you one ticket.  Donate as a group and get tickets together.  Gifts and tickets are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.  If you have been told previously by the American Red Cross or another blood center that you should never donate blood, please disregard this message.  If you recently had a blood donation, or if you have already scheduled an appointment to donate blood, please accept our thanks on behalf of the patients whose lives you have have touched.

    Do you take IOU’s? Just saw this and can’t make it in time.

    @John-

    I’m not 100% sure it works that way. Maybe you have to be on-call at the hospital for a transfusion in your system 😛 But, I can say that there will be several more of these this year, so I’ll try to get the word out earlier next time!
