Fastest Redskin Still TBD
Posted by on September 13, 2011 – 11:54 amThe Redskins got a lot younger and a lot faster this offseason, but the superlative of fastest Redskins player could come down to some familiar faces.
Last season, the “argument” arose between receiver Anthony Armstrong and returner Brandon Banks as to who was the true speed demon. But due to the injury hazards of racing for a rather meaningless title, the contest has been postponed indefinitely.
But it can still be debated.
Last night on Twitter, a fan asked the two who was faster, with predictable responses:

haha how old is he? about 50 but it wouldn’t surprise if me if he still is one of the fastest on the team and i think he will be one of the fastest in the nfl for atleast the next 10 years or so

They had the fastest man in the NFL D. Green’s last year and he ran against 3or 4 twenty something guys talking smack and just barely got 2nd. It was awesometo see those guys eat crow.

From what I saw of Kevin Barnes stopping that guy on the 1, he seems pretty fast!
